Customer Responsibility: Ensure accessibility to the AC unit during service.

Liability: Service provider is not liable for pre-existing damages.

AC service includes routine cleaning, performance checks, and minor repairs. All charges are fixed unless extra work is approved by the customer. Full payment must be made upon service completion. Appointments should be booked in advance, and cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. A 15-day service warranty is provided for any issues related to the service performed. Compressor, gas refilling, and PCB work are excluded unless specified in advance. Customers must ensure easy access to the AC unit at the time of service. The service provider is not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages. Safety protocols must be followed during all servicing procedures. Proceeding with the service confirms that the customer agrees to these terms.
